Preschoolers helped
harvest tomatoes from our Primrose Patch. We learned about the different parts of a plant and how the plant tells us the tomatoes are ready to eat. Afterwards, we brought tomatoes inside the classroom and opened them up at the science center. We used all our senses to learn how they feel, how they smell and even how they taste! And what was for lunch? Tomato Soup! 🍅 Yum!
